Shipping policy

Free shipping to the United States

Standard shipping is free to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or military addresses. Prices are shown in US dollars. Any taxes collected at checkout appear before you pay.

Shipping and tracking

Orders may ship directly from our fulfillment partners outside the United States. We send tracking information when your order is dispatched. Delivery timing depends on the destination, carrier and any customs processing. If you need your mask by a particular date, contact us before ordering.

Delays and cancellations

If we cannot ship within a timeframe we have promised, we will contact you with an update and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund. Where no shipping timeframe was stated, we will contact you before 30 days from your completed order if we cannot dispatch it within that period.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your delivery address before paying. If you notice an error, or your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, send us a message through our contact form with your order number. Address changes depend on whether the order has already been dispatched.
